Project Kick-off Meeting
The project kickoff meeting is the first meeting of the project team. It is aimed to ensure that everyone gains a common vision and understanding of the objectives and scope of the project and that everyone's individual role in the team is understood.

Tasks and Interim Goals
- A project task is an activity that must be completed within a specified time and is assigned to one or more people to complete. The work to be done within the scope of the project is divided into many different project tasks.
- A project interim target is a milestone, a key point on the project timeline that often indicates the completion of a major delivery. Interim goals are important checkpoints in your project, and following them ensures that your project progresses towards meeting its goals within the timelines.

A Work Breakdown Structure is a tool that puts a project's intermediate goals and tasks in a hierarchy in the order in which they should be completed.
