Stakeholders are people who will be affected by the completion and success of the project and who care about the project in this respect. You will find that everyone involved in the project has a range of roles and responsibilities in bringing the project to its conclusion. These roles include project sponsors, clients, team members, and of course you, the project manager. You will also learn about stakeholder mapping and stakeholder analysis, as well as elements such as RACI matrices.

The RACI matrix helps define the roles and responsibilities of individuals or teams so that the business can achieve productive results. It clarifies roles and guides team members. There are four types of participation patterns in the RACI matrix. These are responsible, accountable, consulted and informed.
